We love fixing your bikes, but our workshop space is strictly limited. To keep our workshop running smoothly and safely for everyone, please review our policy regarding completed repairs:

• Collection Timeframe: We ask that all bicycles are collected within 7 days of us notifying you that the work is complete.

• Storage Fees: Bicycles left uncollected after 14 days may be subject to a storage charge of £5 per day, unless prior arrangements have been made with us.

• Unclaimed Property: In line with the Torts (Interference with Goods) Act 1977, if a bicycle remains uncollected for more than 30 days, we reserve the right to dispose of, scrap, or sell the bicycle to recover outstanding repair costs and storage fees.

We will always make multiple attempts to contact you via the phone number or email address provided before taking any action. If you are experiencing unexpected delays in collecting your bike, please just get in touch with our team as soon as possible so we can work something out!
